may register starting at 9 a.m. at the Flower Mound Senior Center, at the

flowermoundparksandrec. Registration order will be on a first-come,
first-served basis. Payment for trips and events are due at the time of registration and can be made with cash, check, or credit card.

Table tennis is one of the most inclusive sports and is great for seniors.
The sport stimulates the cognitive system, improves balance, increases
circulation, and improves hand-eye coordination. This eight-week class
will cover the basics of play including rules of play, serving, and racket

Based on the book Trusting the Gold: Uncovering Your Natural Goodness by Tara Brach and The Self-Acceptance Project edited by Tami Simon, participants will explore ways to improve self-focused healing, compassion, forgiveness, kindness, and worth.
This volunteer led, fun, chair-based exercise class is great for all fitness
levels. This fun workout includes stretching, cardio, and weight training.
This workout focuses on the basic muscle group to increase strength.
It includes gentle stretches also improve flexibility, movement, and balance.
This class will provide you with the knowledge and skills to receive therapeutic benefits from the moving practice of Nia.
