Zumba is a fun, dance-based workout that will increase your heart rate
and improve your balance!
Matter of Balance is specifically designed to reduce the fear of falling and improve
activity levels. The program includes eight two-hour classes led by trained coaches. The program enables participants to reduce the fear of falling, setting goals for increasing activity levels, making small changes to reduce fall risks at home, and exercise to increase strength and balance. The curriculum includes group discussions, mutual problem solving, role-play activities, exercise training, assertiveness training, and a few homework assignments
This volunteer led, fun, chair-based exercise class is great for all fitness
levels. This fun workout includes stretching, cardio, and weight training.
Pound It Out is an exercise format that uses weighted drumsticks to relieve stress by hitting a yoga ball to rock and roll music. Fun either sitting or standing!
Winners will split the money collected. Prizes will not exceed $10.
