SIM Fitness: Tone & Condition

INSTRUCTOR: MARGO Increase muscular strength, endurance, range of movement, flexibility, balance, agility, and coordination. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance. A chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SIM Fitness: Zumba Gold Chair **NEW**

INSTRUCTOR - MARGO This fun, energetic class is designed for people that would like to sit in a chair or wheelchair. Latin moves, a variety of different music, and Zumba toning sticks will be used in class.

Educational Class: Improv for Seniors

Improv is one of the core techniques used by actors to stretch imagination, spark spontaneity, and give unforgettable performances. SIM volunteer, Richard Sheff , will lead this class through Improv activities. No experience necessary. No memorizing lines. Please bring your sense of humor!

October Evening Trip: "Catch Me If You Can" at the Firehouse Theater

Travel to the Firehouse Theater to watch the exciting musical Catch Me if You Can. The musical tells the true story of Frank Abagnale Jr., a world-class con artist who passed himself off as a doctor, a lawyer, and a jet pilot. With straight-arrow FBI agent Carl Hanratty on Frank’s trail, we are off on a jet-setting, cat-and-mouse chase as a jazzy, swinging-sixties score keeps this adventure in constant motion. Please bring money for dinner at Babe’s Chicken (entrees $15).
