This high-energy and impact-free cardio, strength, and conditioning shallow water class will strengthen your heart through cardiovascular exercise, muscle conditioning, and increased flexibility, all while improving your balance. Equipment such as hand buoys, noodles, and kickboards are also used for a great workout.
Take classic Zumba® and add the challenge of resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights). This helps you focus on specific muscle groups so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
