Burn calories without the intense cardio, gain lean muscle and increase strength by targeting every muscle group. Each class differs to allow you a plethora of formats at the CAC.
This high-energy and impact-free cardio, strength, and conditioning shallow water class will strengthen your heart through cardiovascular exercise, muscle conditioning, and increased flexibility, all while improving your balance. Equipment such as hand buoys, noodles, and kickboards are also used for a great workout.
Take classic Zumba® and add the challenge of resistance by using Zumba® Toning Sticks (or light weights). This helps you focus on specific muscle groups so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
Get your chalk ready for our fall chalk art contest! In honor of November Arts Month, Chalk the Walk will take place at Heritage Park and all ages and levels of artists are able to participate. The first 75 participants to register will receive their own set of chalk. Prizes will be awarded based on different groups: 6 and under, 7-10 years old, 11-13 years old, 14-17 years old, 18 and over, and family. Additionally, awards will be given for most inspiring, most unique, and best fall-inspired masterpiece. Register at the link to the right.

This gentle yoga class will help increase flexibility, balance, and strength.
SIM volunteers will lead participants in the latest and greatest line dances. Dance to
everything from the Cupid Shuffle to the Boot Scootn’ Boogie!
Senior Center staff and volunteers will prepare delicious meals every Friday! Meals include fresh salads, sandwiches, hot dogs, soups, and more!
