Representatives from TxDOT and project consultants will be available to answer questions and address concerns from citizens. The scope of the proposed project would widen I-35W mainlanes from four lanes to six lanes, add four lane frontage roads with auxiliary lanes from Dale Earnhardt Way to the I-35/I-35E junction, and upgrade street intersections to an urban style intersection that may require grade separation. The project would take place in phases, with frontage road improvements occurring first.
