The newest addition to Lakeside is now under construction! This week, representatives from Realty Capital Residential and the Town broke ground on 3111 Sunset Blvd., a 16-story, luxury apartment tower in Lakeside Village! In 2022, Town Council approved construction of this apartment tower, which is part of a $500 million project to bring this tower, a new office building, hotel, and six new restaurants to the edge of Grapevine Lake.
