New Art Exhibit on Display in Flower Mound's Town Hall

Check out the new art exhibit up in Town Hall! These beautiful pieces are the work of Navy veteran and Flower Mound resident Kurt Conner. Kurt is a life-long musician and songwriter who built a successful 25-year career as an advertising and marketing creative director. At the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kurt combined his two greatest interests, guitars and art, to form his one-man studio, Conner Guitart. His pieces are unique, custom-made, and each features a functional guitar. Kurt says he is driven by a desire to promote the appreciation, creation, and sharing of music through art with the guitar as a central and consistent theme.

You can view the display from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, until the end of December at Town Hall, 2121 Cross Timbers Rd.

All art displayed on the Town Hall Art Display wall is chosen by the Art Selection Committee, comprised of Town staff and Cultural Arts Commission members. For information on the program, selection criteria, and how to submit artwork for consideration, please visit www.flower-mound.com/artdisplay.
