  1. Plein Air Painting Class

    Join us for a morning of painting out in the beautiful fall air. Bring your drawing, watercolor, or acrylic paint supplies as well as a camera and travel easel if you have one. Art House will have a folding table, drawing boards, and a few standing easels. There are also multiple picnic tables and benches around the lake to ensure proper social distancing. The benches are metal, so you might want to bring a cushion.

  3. Pumpkin Dive

    October 24, 2020, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM @ Community Activity Center Indoor Pool

    Don’t just pick a pumpkin, dive for one! Children, ages 3 through 14 are invited to dive for pumpkins at the Community Activity Center (CAC) indoor pool on Saturday, October 24 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Once participants pick out their perfect pumpkin, they can head to the Party Room (all supplies provided) to decorate it. Please note, an adult must be in the water with all 3- to 5-year-olds and non-swimmers. Masks are required, except when in the water. Due to social distancing mandates, each age group will dive for pumpkins at different time slots. The cost is $8 for CAC members and $10 for non-members.     Dress your pup in their favorite Halloween costume for the Town’s first “Woof-O-Ween” at the Hound Mound Dog Park on Thursday, October 29 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Awards will be given for Most Creative, Scariest, Best Homemade, Funniest, and Best Pet/Owner Look-Alike costumes. In addition, there will also be a photo area to capture your furry friend’s fang-tastic costume. Flower Mound Animal Services will be in attendance with fun coloring pages, information, and to answer any questions. Masks will only be required if social distancing is not able to be maintained. No registration is required.
