$4 PER CLASS


Certified teacher Jody Vise, instructs how to be more flexible, achieve balance and strength. Various props are incorporated. Please bring your own yoga mat. Please register and pay at the Senior Center Front Desk.

PICKLEBALL AT THE CAC


MONDAYS, WEDNESDAYS, AND FRIDAYS
1 - 4 p.m., $1 EACH TIME
Please pay $1 to the Pickleball Captain in the gym. This fun game is a combination of tennis and Badminton.

LINE DANCING
MONDAYS, 2:30 p.m., FREE!
Come by and learn the latest line dances from the Cupid Shuffle to the Boot Scootin Boogie. Line dancing is fun and good exercise.
