Fully entitled for 3.5 million square feet of industrial space under a Planned Development Ordinance by the Town of Flower Mound, LNR has completed offsite
improvements, including street infrastructure, parkway landscaping, park entry monuments, the
master detention system, and a 30-acres natural area with walking trails.

Lakeside Ranch Business Park delivers to users and developers all the benefits of a first class business campus including consistent high-quality design, excellent visibility, accessibility, flexibility of product, low tax rates, and tax abatements and incentives. Several buildings have been constructed within Lakeside Ranch providing available lease space and more buildings are under construction. Land is also available for build-to-suit opportunities.
New Construction
In April 2013, the Flower Mound Town Council approved a site plan submitted by Exeter Property Group to construct two warehouse buildings within Lakeside Ranch. One building will be 351,832 square feet, and the other will be 231,754 square feet.
