Overview

Lakeside International is a development comprised of 361 acres surrounding International Parkway at the southern entrance of Flower Mound. The development goal of creating a synergy of business, technology, and environment. Silveron is focusing on corporate relocation and high technology business, office / flex space, hotel, specialty office, and entertainment facilities.

Scenery

Lakeside International captures the finest elements of Denton County's picturesque landscape. Slowly flowing creeks make their way to a scenic natural lake. Tall native trees frame grassy open spaces to create dramatic and scenic views. The gently rolling terrain adds a pastoral touch, reminding one of the rich traditions of the land, a point of significance in Texas history.

Design

Lakeside International's entrance is dramatic because of its colorful topography. The designers have been very diligent in maintaining the natural landscape along International Parkway near the southern Town boundary, the area closest to DFW International Airport. Special design effects framing Silveron’s water features, themed vertical monument sculptures and special landscaping create a rare visual experience for the visitor. Having entered Lakeside International, the visitor will continue to enjoy the consistent graphic statement which is maintained throughout the property.
