Rentals

The CAC offers rentals in our multipurpose rooms, gymnasium, indoor pool, outdoor water park, facility rentals, lock-ins, and birthday parties. Rentals can be made up to 12 months in advance for residents and up to 6 months in advance for non-residents. Multipurpose Rooms

Whether you want to book a meeting, conference, private function, corporate event, or party, the CAC has the space to meet your needs at an affordable price.

Gymnasium

The CAC has two full-size, hard wood floor basketball courts that are divided by a large curtain to enable sport specific semi-private rentals. Rentals are permitted for basketball, volleyball, badminton and even pickleball. During our open hours, one court is made available for member use and the other court is available to rent. Please note, gym rentals are for team practices only; no private instruction is permitted.

Lock-In

Do you have a large group that want to have sole, private use of the entire CAC facility? Schedule a Lock-In and get just that! You and your group can swim for 2 hours, play sports and games in the Gymnasium, hang out in the Chill Zone, and have use of the Multipurpose Rooms on Saturday's from 7 p.m. through to 7 a.m. the next morning. Remember to bring a swimsuit, towel, and sleeping bag. Please note, that after-hour rentals will not be held on Town Holidays.

Indoor Pool

Rent our Indoor Pool (after hours only) for your next group function or party. Amenities:

Outdoor Waterpark (seasonal)

Enjoy private use of our Outdoor Waterpark on a Saturday or Sunday evening throughout the summer months. Pool rentals are available after hours only.
