  • 9 a.m. - Zumba
  • 6 p.m. - Zumba Toning
  • 7 p.m. - Full-body Fitness

Tuesday

  • 8:30 a.m. - Strength & Sculpt 
  • 9:30 a.m. - Gentle/Restore Yoga
  • 6:45 p.m. - Zumba

Wednesday

  • 8 a.m. - Yoga
  • 9 a.m. - Pilates Barre 
  • 10 a.m. - Zumba
  • 6 p.m. - Zumba Toning

Thursday

  • 8:30 a.m. - Cardio & Weights
  • 9:30 a.m. - Zumba Toning
  • 6 p.m. - Zumba

Friday

  • 8 a.m. - Yoga
  • 9 a.m. - Zumba

Saturday


  • 7:30 a.m. - iBurn
  • 9 a.m. - Zumba Toning

Sunday


  • 2 p.m. - Bolly X (Beginning in February)
