Class Schedule

The Flower Mound Community Activity Center (CAC) offers more than 10 water aerobic classes weekly. For a full copy of the water aerobics schedule, view the Group Exercise Schedule. Space is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants must check-in at the Front Desk 5 – 60 minutes prior to the start of the class.

Passes and Fees

Unlimited passes for all weekly group exercise classes offered at the CAC are $10 per month for members or $30 per month for nonmembers. Group exercise passes are valid for any member of your family ages 14 years old and older. Family members must have current membership to take advantage of member rates. The pass is good for one calendar month, is non-refundable, and cannot be prorated. Day passes can also be purchased for $4 per CAC member or $6 per non-member.

Class Descriptions

Aqua Lite (Indoor Pool)

This is a less intense, fun water workout that promotes optimum joint flexibility, muscle coordination, and overall health. These fun classes are designed to improve your cardio endurance with a variety of methods and water equipment. You will also work on muscle conditioning, balance, and range of motion.

H2O Fit (Indoor Pool)

These fun classes are designed to improve strength, range of motion, and muscle conditioning.

Deep Water Aerobics (Indoor Pool)

This water aerobics class is a non-impact workout in deep water wearing a belt that creates natural buoyancy, which allows you to work muscles against water’s resistance. The results are increased strength, flexibility, and muscular endurance.

River Robics (Outdoor Waterpark Lazy River - Seasonal)

Various movements going with and against the current of the Lazy River will offer a cardio challenge to increase stamina while toning the larger muscle groups. Water equipment may be utilized in some segments.
