Membership and Admission

Membership FeesTown of Flower Mound's Parks and Recreation Department has a convenient way for you to browse and purchase from hundreds of classes, programs, and memberships at the CAC. The online site allows for access to register and pay for programs and memberships from a computer, tablet or smart phone! Visit the registration site to get started.

Payment Methods

All annual memberships must be paid in full at the time of registration. Automatic Draft is available for monthly members.

Monthly memberships are good for one month from the date of purchase. There is no penalty for those that choose not to renew their monthly membership after the 30 days. Membership cards will be made when the initial membership is purchased. 

Membership Annual Pass

For individuals choosing to purchase an annual membership by paying for one year in full, an Annual Pass is non-refundable after a 30-day opt out period. All Annual Pass membership holders have 30 days from the date of purchase of the Annual Pass membership to request a refund. An amount equal to one month’s membership, at the current monthly membership rate, will be deducted from the annual pass refund amount at time of refund.

Transferring a Membership: Individual or family Annual Pass holders may transfer pass to another individual or family. If the individual or family receiving the Annual Pass is a non-resident of the Town of Flower Mound, they will be required to pay the difference between the resident Annual Pass fee and the non-resident Annual Pass fee. If a non-resident Annual Pass holder is transferring their Annual Pass to a resident of the Town of Flower Mound, there is no refund for the price difference.

Membership Monthly Pass

For those individuals choosing to purchase a Monthly Pass, a monthly pass is non-refundable after the date of purchase. Electronic Funds Transfer: For individuals choosing to pay membership fees via electronic funds transfer, a 30-day written notice is required to discontinue membership. There will not be any refunds for payments made prior to the time of cancellation.

Refunds/Cancellation Policy

Participants must fill out the Refund Request Form in order to cancel a membership and receive a refund. Transactions originally paid with cash or check will be refunded by check. The customer will receive a refund by check in the mail within 3-4 weeks of the requested date. Transactions originally paid by credit card, in-person, or online will be refunded back to the original card only. For online transactions, the 3% convenience fee is non-refundable. Credits on account will automatically be refunded by check if left on account longer than 120 days.

Membership Medical Freeze

Memberships can be frozen due to member’s inability to use the facility due to medical reasons. Members must provide a medical release from a doctor. There is a $10 fee per month for each month the freeze is in effect which will be paid up front. 

Cooler Fee

Please note that there is a $5 charge for any cooler brought into the CAC. Coolers considered for this charge include Styrofoam or plastic coolers, or those on wheels. Personal soft cooler bags, or coolers being used solely for baby/infant foods are not subject to this charge.


  • Resident - a person who lives in the territorial jurisdiction of Flower Mound
  • Family - persons who live in the same household and who are related by either blood or marriage, such that they may be claimed as a spouse or dependent based upon IRS regulations
  • Business - available to individuals who currently work for a business in Flower Mound. Individuals must present a paystub (no more than 1 month old) verifying they are currently employed for a business in Flower Mound. Employment verification will be required on a yearly basis.
  • Senior - a person who is 60 years old or older
