Overview

The Point is a planned mixed-used development to include approximately 60,000 square feet of Class A office space, roughly 600 multi-family units, and a 98-room Tru by Hilton Hotel. Located in the heart of Lakeside Business District near Long Prairie Road and Silveron Boulevard, the development is within walking distance to Lakeside DFW, which features a variety of retail and restaurant options. The Point's flexible and efficient floor plans will range from 15,000 to 20,000 square feet with 5/1000 parking.

The Point will be located near the intersection of Long Prairie Road and Silveron Boulevard near Lakeside DFW and just a seven minute drive from the north entrance of DFW international Airport.

The Point will be located between two busy intersections. To the north, the intersection of International Parkway and Lakeside Parkway sees approximately 48,780 vehicles per day. To the south, the intersection of International Parkway and Gerault Road sees approximately 37,711 vehicles per day.
