After Hours

The Customer Relations Department answers the It's Your Call number (972.539.SERV) from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday-Friday. You can, of course, leave the Customer Relations team a voicemail or send them an email at customerrelations@flower-mound.com anytime. They'll get back to you during regular business hours.

If you're experiencing an after-hours, non-life-threatening emergency (such as a water or sewer line break, water outage, loose animal, or noise complaint), please contact the Police non-emergency dispatch line at 972.539.0525. This number is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are experiencing a power outage, please contact your electric provider. As always, in the case of an emergency, please call 911.
