Description: Town of Flower Mound staff members are currently reviewing a submittal from Crow Holdings for an industrial subdivision generally located north of Cross Timbers Rd and west of FM 377 on approximately 263 acres.
- 10 one-story buildings for a total conceptual building area of 3,270,140 square feet.
- Modifications to the compatibility buffer on the northwest quadrant to change the location of the masonry wall.
- Buildings up to 60 feet in height in a section of the property, and up to 45 feet elsewhere (Industrial District-2 has a maximum building height of 35 feet, and Campus Industrial has a maximum height of 45 feet. Height is addressed through zoning, as opposed to the Master Plan).
To address height and compatibility concerns, the applicant has proposed increased building setbacks and landscape buffers along Cross Timbers Road and Denton Creek Boulevard.
As of the 6th submittal, the increased parking standard was no longer being requested.
