Internal Utilities

The Town of Flower Mound provides water and, where available, wastewater services. When establishing service, residents will automatically be registered for trash and recycling pickup. Water, wastewater, trash, and recycling fees are all consolidated into one monthly bill.  You can activate your Town-provided utilities by:

  • Visiting Flower Mound Town Hall (2121 Cross Timbers Rd.) in person 
  • Using the Town's online utility activation service, provided by 2TurnitOn

Please note, using the online service to activate an account takes three business days from the date of the request. When activating service, an application must be submitted in person. A $60 deposit and $15 service fee must be paid at the time of application or can be billed to the account. The deposit can be waived with a letter of credit from a previous provider.

Once service is established, residents can pay their water, wastewater, and trash bill at Town Hall by check, cash, cashier’s check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, and automatic bank draft. A night drop box is available 24-hours a day on the south side of Town Hall. The customer service counter inside Town Hall is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In the event of inclement weather, the Utility Billing Division and Payment Counter may open later or close early. Online Activation by 2TurnitOn

  • Visit 2TurnitOn's website here
  • Enter your zip code. Indicate whether these services are for residential or commercial purposes. Select "Next Step."
  • Select the "Water" package, which also includes sewer, recycling, and garbage services, where available, all consolidated on one monthly bill.

Using the online service takes three (3) business days from the date of the request. For example, if you send in a request for service via 2TurnitOn on Friday, the Town's Utility Billing department will receive the request on the following Wednesday.

The Town of Flower Mound does not guarantee pricing for utility services available through 2TurnitOn, Inc.
