Are you looking for some accountability to rise, shine, and reach, your fitness goals? Ben’s Bootcamp is expanding to a monthly bootcamp-style workout program. Join certified personal trainer Ben Bailey up to six mornings a week at the CAC to push yourself along with others in this challenging fitness camp scaled to each individual.
This bootcamp-style workout program by Ben Bailey is designed to push and challenge individuals at any level to reach their fitness goals. These group workouts encompass the benefits of group fitness while being scaled to each individual through modalities of calisthenics, weightlifting, DVRT (dynamic variable resistance training), and SPARQ (speed, power, agility, reaction, quickness).
Days/Times
Monday-Friday: 5:30 - 6:30 a.m.
Saturday: 10 - 11 a.m.
Price
$50 for CAC Members/$56 for CAC Non-Members
