Notifications for Proposed Projects and Regulations
Projects received by Planning Services are added to the Town's Development Projects interactive map. This map categorizes projects into tabs based on their status and provides information such as the project description, consideration dates, and approved plans.
To help interested individuals know more about projects within the Town, an email/text notification system has been created. When a project is scheduled to be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or Town Council, an alert is activated for the appropriate zone.
There is also an additional alert option for a Land Development Regulation (LDR) is scheduled to be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission and/or Town Council.
