Development Projects Agenda Notification

The Town has created an email/text notification system for those who would like to be alerted when a development project has been scheduled for review by the Planning and Zoning Commission or the Town Council. 

To sign-up for these alerts, please visit the NotifyMe webpage and look for the section titled "Development Projects Agenda Notification." Participants can sign-up for as many zone notifications as they would like.

View the interactive development map for a detailed view of the zones. The interactive development maps also categorizes development projects that are approved, on agenda, under review, under construction, and completed.

Zone 1: From the western border of Flower Mound to Marshall Creek. Includes FM 1171/US 377 intersection and Flower Mound's portion of I-35W. The north and southern borders are the Town's corresponding boundaries.

Zone 2: Marshall Creek serves as the western boundary and the eastern boundary is comprised of Lusk Lane, Flower Mound Road, and travels south along Simmons Road (following the intersection of Flower Mound Road). The north and southern borders are the Town's corresponding boundaries.

Zone 3: Encompasses the area from Lusk Lane to the Town's eastern boundary. The northern border of Zone 3 is the Town's northern boundary line and extends south until Cross Timbers Road (FM 1171).

Zone 4: Extends from Flower Mound Road on the western border to the Town's eastern boundary and encompasses  the area between Cross Timbers Road (FM 1171) and Flower Mound Road (FM 3040).

Zone 5: From Simmons Road to the eastern border of Flower Mound and from Flower Mound Road (FM 3040) south to the Grapevine border.
