To request a court date or to have a court date rescheduled, please fill out the online form and click the submit button to submit it to the Flower Mound Municipal Court. To check the status of your request or if you have additional questions, please contact the Court at 972.874.3370.
If your request is approved you will receive a written notice via mail and or an email from the Court advising you of your scheduled date and time. Please ensure you provide your current mailing address, email address, and cell phone number. It is your responsibility to ensure that the Court has your current contact information.
Please note: If you have missed your court date or you are in warrant status you need to contact the Court for further instructions. This form can not be used to reschedule after a missed court date or to post bond.
