Plan a visit or stay-cation in picturesque Twin Coves Park in Flower Mound! Located on 243-acres on the north shore of Grapevine Lake, the park boasts 19 furnished cabins and 22 RV slips, in addition to a variety of other amenities including a small craft launch boat ramp, and much more.

Families can enjoy a variety of new features including office/camp store, playground, two large pavilions, grass volleyball court, horseshoes and washer game sets, four-hole disc golf course, hike/bike nature trails, kayak rentals, boat launch, and a lake overlook area with a fire pit and seating. Online reservations for cabin, RV site, and primitive camping site rentals is now open through the park website.

Twin Coves Park and Campground is hosting its annual Open House! The gates will be open for free entry during the event. All are welcome to tour the different styles of fully furnished cabins, visit the various day use areas including the boat ramp and RV sites, enjoy snacks and refreshments, and have your kids participate in some activities!

Did you know the last total eclipse in the Flower Mound area was on July 29, 1878? The Total Eclipse of the Mound is back 146 years later! On April 8, head to Twin Coves Park for a day of activities and to experience the peak time of the solar eclipse at 1:40 p.m. Activities will take place from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and are free with paid entry into Twin Coves. 

BBQ by Burnhouse Barbecue will be avaiable to purchase at an addition cost. There will also be a special presentation by Kayla Lipinski, Tree Preservation Technician Town of Flower Mound Environmental Services on "Wildlike and the eclipse: How animals respond to celestial events". You won’t want to miss this once in a lifetime event!!

Souvenir eclipse glasses will be sold at the camp store for $4. If you would like to purchase them beforehand, contact the park at 972.874.6399 and they will assist you getting into Twin Coves.

Annual and Day Passes

A daily usage fee of $10 per vehicle is required to enter Twin Coves. Annual passes are available to Flower Mound residents for $45 or $75 for non-residents. Annual passes may be purchased at the park gate or office.

Overnight Visits

Twin Coves offers cabins, RV site, and primitive camping options to meet every need. Primitive camping (please bring your own tent) is $20 per night. Overnight rentals are available to book online for anyone ages 21 years or older. We ask that all visitors follow the Park rules, and adhere to park quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
