Fee: $15 CAC Members, $17 CAC Non-members
Parents can enjoy last minute Christmas shopping or an evening out while the kids have a blast swimming, eating pizza, and watching a movie at the CAC! Registration is required.

CAC Open House
Saturday, January 12, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Ages: All Ages.
Fee: FREE.
Location: Community Activity Center.
Start off the New Year with a commitment to living a healthy lifestyle! The Parks and Recreation Division will hold a free open house at the CAC to promote all the great ways that you can be healthy. There will be family fitness classes in Studio 61, as well as drinks, snacks, and great giveaways! Admission is FREE to the CAC all day. Come see what you’re missing! 26th Annual Celebration Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

Location: Marcus High School Auditorium, 5707 Morriss Road, Flower Mound.
Join The Committee to Commemorate M. L. King Jr. Day by honoring the immeasurable contributions of Dr. King in this annual celebration. This year’s event will be held at the Marcus High School Auditorium, and will include entertainment and a keynote speaker. Everyone is welcome to attend and enjoy this free event. Summer Fun Showcase

Don’t miss this great opportunity to plan your family’s summer fun! Truck Rodeo
Wednesday, April 24, 3 – 4:30 p.m.
Ages: All Ages.
Fee: FREE.
Location: Flower Mound Public Library.
See Town vehicles from Animal Control, Parks, Streets, Fire and Police Departments up close in the library parking lot. Operators will be available to answer questions and let children sit in the driver’s seat. All ages are welcome. Popcorn and lemonade will be served. 20th Annual Father Daughter Prom
Saturday, March 23, 6 – 9 p.m.
Ages: 4-13 years.
Fee: $75 per couple, $30 additional child.
Location: Courtyard by Marriott, 4330 Courtyard Way, Flower Mound.
Share a special experience with your daughter and show how much you love her! Fathers and their daughters are invited to dress to impress for a memorable evening of dancing, entertainment, food, and unforgettable father daughter bonding time at the Flower Mound Courtyard by Marriott hotel. Family Camp Out
Saturday-Sunday, April 26-27, 4 p.m. – 9 a.m.
Ages: All Ages.
Fee: $60/$66 per family.
Location: Twin Coves Park.
Experience Flower Mound camping by pitching a tent at Twin Coves Park! Outdoor activities and various family games will be provided along with a catered dinner and breakfast. A family friendly movie will be shown on the big screen! Bring a tent, tent decorations, sleeping bags, bug spray, and flashlights. The most creative tent will win the tent decorating contest and a prize! Cabins and RV slots are an additional charge and must be booked separately through Twin Coves Park. Cabin and RV space is limited and must be reserved by Friday, April 12. Price is per family up to 6 people.

Underwater Easter Egg Hunt
Saturday, April 20, 10-11 a.m.
Ages: 3-12 years.
Fee: $5/$6.
Location: CAC Indoor Pool.
Hop on over to the CAC for the Underwater Egg hunt! Egg-citing activities include a visit by the Easter Bunny, arts and crafts, and games. Stay around after the egg hunt to play in the pool and enjoy other activities. Parents must be in the water with all non-swimmers. Pre-registration is required. Price listed as the member/non-member rate.

Easter Egg Scramble
Saturday, April 13, 1:30-3:30 p.m.
Ages: All Ages.
Fee: FREE.
Location: Jake’s Hilltop Park, 4975 Timber Creek Drive Bring your children to Jake’s Hilltop Park as the Town celebrates its 35th Annual Easter Egg Scramble, presented by Primrose Schools. Lots of candy will be available for the taking and there will be a special appearance by the Easter Bunny! Activities being at 1:30 p.m., and the Scramble beings promptly at 2:30 p.m.
