General and Special Election - May 4

First day to apply for ballot by mail with Denton or Tarrant County.

Conduct ballot order drawing in Town Secretary’s Office (to determine the order in which the candidate names will appear on the ballot). Candidates are not required to attend; however, welcomed.

Last day for a ballot candidate to withdraw.

Last day for a write-in candidate to withdraw and have name removed from write-in list.

Apr 4

Due date for filing first report of campaign contributions and expenditures by opposed candidates and specific-purpose committees supporting or opposing opposed candidates.

Last day to register to vote for the May 4 Election.

Apr 11 (time to be confirmed)  The Cross Timbers Gazette hosting a Flower Mound Town Council Candidate Forum at the town hall. This will be broadcasted via FMTV and the Town's website.*

First day of regular Early Voting (by personal appearance).

New: Voting location will be the Community Activity Center (CAC) located at 1200 Gerault Rd. Voters may vote at any designated polling location in Denton Co. during this period:
