Post Oak Park

This project consists of a new park on the southeast corner of Flower Mound Road and Skillern Road. Features in this park include a boardwalk, woodland observation deck, trails, connections to existing trails, a rock feature playground, bus and car parking, a turnaround lane, pedestrian entry from the local neighborhoods, picnic areas, interpretive nature pavilion, and several conservation areas.

The Contract was awarded to Northstar Construction.

Work Completed:
Overlook, boardwalk, trails, electric work, playground, and decomposed granite trails are complete.

What to expect in the next month:
Hydro-mulch seeding and sod application to begin.  A formal dedication will be held on May 20th, 2013 at 4 p.m.
