Flower Mound is located primarily in southern Denton County, approximately 28 miles northwest of downtown Dallas, 25 miles northeast of Fort Worth, and three miles north of the Dallas / Fort Worth (DFW) International Airport. The Town is a master-planned community that encompasses approximately 46 square miles with a population of 62,800.
