
Group Exercise
The group exercise membership provides entry to all group exercise classes, including Pilates, yoga, aqua aerobics, kickboxing, and step aerobics. The group exercise package is a family package and costs $10/month for CAC members and $30/month for non-members. Group exercise membership is sold per calendar month and is not prorated. All disciplines and time frames available. The CAC’s group exercise program is designed to be full service, hosting 30 classes a week on land and in the water. Certified instructors can call (972) 874-6279 for more information.

JRobs Personal Training will redefine your workout! The program will challenge your core, strength, and flexibility. Couples Training
A great way to hold your other half accountable. Join JRobs trainers for your couples group training to challenge, motivate, and push the two of you! Couples must be married to receive the discounted rate. Couples may train together, or at different times, and all the training is group training. Instructor: JRobs staff
